My mother always says that she prays for me, seeking for 'the blessing of connection'.
Qualifications and individuals are undoubtedly important,
but they can be fully exerted only if you have right connection with the right people.

It has been just one month since I became a member of Enprani.
It could be premature to talk about Enprani,
but I realized that connection is only between people.

I was able to set up my own goals and feel a determination established inside of me,
"I want to do this better", before self-confidence "I can do this",
which is attributable to the fact that many seniors here always encourage me
and the company trusts me.

I have to start from scratch since I moved from totally different industry.
So, it is no wonder if I have to work hard and take all the trials-and-errors
for the time being. I know I will have a lot of agonies and worries. However,
I am going to gladly take this chances and challenges.

Undoubtedly, my hope is to become the top-level expert in cosmetic industry
and an invaluable asset of Enprani and to this end,
I will spend my time everyday in a meaningful way,
not forgetting the first joy and heart-beating with hope on the first day
I started work here.

Dear my potential juniors considering applying to Enprani,
what kind of workplace are you hoping? Do you want a highly-recognized company?
Do you want affluent salary and benefits? Do you want a promising company?
There is no exact answer for all these questions.

But, what I can now is to knock the door of Enprani
if you want to see yourself grow in the workplace.
Enprani will give you precious connection and open your eyes to fully exert
your potential, as it did to me.
