Since I joined this company,
I frequently think about what I would become in five years or ten years.
Above all, I would like to point out that the most important values
that you can get from work life is 'growth', which is quite a personal matter
but at the same time, it is one of key issues directly linked
with performance of the company.
I am so happy to meet with Enprani, the company that values this kind of value.
This s shown a couple of aspects;
first, Enprani has strong will to build learning environments that can affect every day work,
and second, Enprani respect creativity and challenges
so much that you can have a door wide open to reinforce your own capabilities.
I believe that factors of competitive edge lie in the very corporate culture.
Discovering those factors in the Enprani,
I am making my own growth as well as visions along with the company
that will take the lead in the competition.
