Essay about Enprani Recruiting Process

"Mr. Lee, how do you think you have lived your life so far?"

I was confused at the moment. After hesitating for a second, I answered frankly.
"I have lived in an unique way, and have tried to live a unique life."
Now I got to know better-this can become another chance in the culture of Enprani.
My friends ask questions with envy.
"You must see a lot of pretty ladies in the place you work - it's cosmetics company!",
"You can use any cosmetics for your skin no matter how expensive it is!"
My answer is, "Of course! You envy me, don't you?"

You cannot call your boss by his/her title. You cannot call your work 'work'.
Here is Enprani. Everybody call each other's name in a friendly way,
and you find yourself feeling better while working-work is far from stress.
It is hard to find newly joined, nervous staff or senior
who reprimands their juniors - the typical scenes of ordinary companies in Korea.
The corporate values of Enprani is to value people most of all, have free communication
among all members, and put emphasis on what potential it has rather than
what it seems now.

What is the most important aspect of work for young generation?
The answer is 'work with fun' and 'challenge with passion'.
You will catch both 'hares' mentioned in Enprani.
Although I worked for short period of time here,
I was able to realize the fact that my value is directly linked to company value
and my growth is directly added to the growth of the company.
Order in freedom is the core of Enprani.

What do you really want?
Now you have a chance. Make a challenge, and feel that you are alive.
