First of all, I want to introduce the three mottoes of my life,
which have been serving as driving force to lead me and will give directions in the future
- "A series of ordinariness is extraordinariness",
"Do reflect yourself, but do not regret what you have done",
"Be more challenging- you will get experiences even if you fail"
It was not easy at all to find out a company where I can implement my mottoes
and achieve dreams in this chaotic era of unemployment.
Sometimes I thought I am too greedy. Sometimes I thought it was time to get any job
and give up my dream. When my dreams and mottoes were fading away in my life,
I happened to see a job opening ad of Enprani. Before applying to this company,
I became aware of preferred employee/values/corporate culture and said to myself,
"I should not give up my dreams and mottoes yet."
- A leader of beauty industry, who is challenging and proactive, not afraid of failure
- someone who seeks for the first and the best with creative mindset
- someone who can transform dream and ideal into aesthetic values based on
prestigious sensitiveness
I thought this is the best chance for me, because I am not afraid of failure,
always challenging and value creative way of thinking all the time.
Thoughts always bring you into action, and my challenge worked for Enprani as well.
I made it.
The most common questions in job interview were about school life, GPAs,
achievements and careers. However, Enprani was different.
They asked me questions like 'three of the most precious things in your life',
'merits of your personality', 'they way you have lived and the way you will live', etc.
I could feel that those questions were for young people full of self-confidence,
living a full life with their own values.
You will make the same decision if you know that you are challenging,
and look for a workplace where you can really enjoy working.
If you want to choose a company where you can realize what you want to achieve,
learn whatever you want to know in this wider world,
the door is wide open in front of you. It is up to your choice.
Hope and desperation bring a challenge,
and enthusiastic implementation is the best way to success.
